The prompt for this week still has possible connections to the festive season. It is:-

….do you have the receipt?…

Now this could refer to a child asking their parent / giver of the present so that they could change it or it might be the shop assistant talking. It could be friends discussing what they got for Christmas. Basically, it can be about all sorts of things and I know you’re imaginations will come up with some great ideas.

As usual you have just 100 words plus the 5 in the prompt. The link will be open until 10th January.

For new visitors, the 100 Word Challenge is a weekly creative writing  exchange for children under 16 years. A prompt is given that may be words or a picture and 100 words to write something creative.
