Hello, I do wish to thank Julia…so …much. This is a fabulous website for children. I have moved from Year 6 to Year 2 and I do hope to move my students from the (OFFERED) 5 Sentence Challenge to the (also offered but MOTIVATING # 100 Word Challenge… I praise those who give up their time to read the contents of students work. You have my gratitude, Thanks, Jan
My students absolutely love doing the 100WC and get a great buzz out of being showcased. When I present them with the certificate at the school assembly you can’t wipe the smile off their faces. Thank you to all those involved!
Thanks for this, have heard lots of good things, and as novice bloggers, we have already seen the huge impact ‘real’ comments can have on our children!
Hi. Just wondering about the contact email address and “This email will be public on the blog.” Will it therefore be open to web crawlers and potentially attract spam?
I’m sorry I seem to have missed some information RE commenting on students’ work. Do we have a set list of pieces to comment on or is it our random selection? Thanks
I am trying to sign up my class but it states: “There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.” I filled out the form. I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly.
I am trying to sign up as one of our posts have been selected for the showcase – the it says there is a problem with my submission although there are no fields highlighted.
I am trying to sign up another one of our classes as children have written posts for Week #11 which I need to enter tonight. I’m trying to sign the class up but everytime it keeps saying there is something wrong with the form but nothing is highlighted. Their blog ad is http://white2.primaryblogger.co.uk/ if this help.
Hi I am in year 7. My school doesn’t do edublogs or anything but I wanted to do one anyway. I was wondering how do you enter the 100 WC if you don’t have a student blog? I really love 100 WC and I hope I can still enter them!
Hi there, I have a blogging club and each of my fourth and fifth graders has their own blog (through edublogs) – so we are not writing on one class blog. There are about 15 students who blog with me. Do I need to sign them all up individually? Please advise! We’ve been looking for a larger audience and I think this sounds like a great fit!
I think this might just be a great way to motivate my Y9 low ability set but we, like another school mentioned above, don’t have a school blog. How can I go about entering this without that?
Thank you

Thank you so much Jan. Much appreciated & I know the Team will be pleased they are helping your children!
Couldn’t have said it better myself Jan!

Bless you Mitch & thanks for your support!
What is the 5 sentence challenge?
It is similar to 100WC but is for emerging writers and run once a fortnight!

Miss Arli
All sorted!
I would love to nominate a post for the showcase. How do I go about doing that?
Filled in the form but still saying ‘errors’. Is a new form needed for each class?

All of my students have individual student blogs. Do I need to sign them up individually, or is there an easier way to sign up all 110 of them?

My teaching partner recommended this program to me and I am looking forward to beginning it.
Looking forward to this and hope I can work it out!
